What is Cellulite?

Cellulite is a medical condition in which you can see lumpy and dimpled skin with fat, water and lymphatic fluid deposits, usually seen on the hips, thighs and buttocks.  The trapped fat forms a webbing of collagen fibers beneath the skin surface.  Cellulite can also appear on the stomach, upper arms, calves, and ankles.
